Hand-made, plant-dyed natural calico cotton with pattern created through an ancient method that uses hand cut patterns with a resist soy bean and lime paste technique. Because of these natural processes, and ethical practices this product is a sustainable fashion item.
The front of the pocket square has a 'Phoenix & Peony' pattern and the back of the handkerchief has a beautiful indigo mottled texture so the scarf can be worn both ways for two different looks. The ends are selvedge and raw frayed.
The calico cotton is soft but thick, which has a unique character. Over time the cravat will age like your favourite pair of selvedge jeans.
Hand wash cold water with mild detergent and line dry.
