This pretty box set of chopsticks has 2 pairs, one with black and the other with white handles, accompanied by two decorative ceramic rests. Made in Japan the set is crafted by Wasake craftsmen.
Chopsticks made in Wakasa region are called “Wakasa-nuri-bashi (Wakasa lacquer chopsticks)”. There are many techniques for making chopsticks, and one of the most traditional technique is “Togidashi”.
The chopsticks are approximately 22.5 cm long.
